Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
No purchase is necessary to enter and win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. You may enter by two methods: either purchasing products or by an alternative method of entry which is by providing your entry here. You may enter as many times as you want. Each product bought or each email sent constitutes one entry.
You must be of the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside in order to participate. Employees and their family members are ineligible. Only one person per household may enter. The retail value of the goods differs from prize to prize, and can be found on www.leadingedgehealth.com. You are responsible for associated taxes, if any. If you provide your name or likeness, you hereby grant Leading Edge Health Inc. permission to use it for marketing purposes. Entries to the giveaway will commence on Sunday, October 12, 2025 and will end at midnight on Saturday, October 18. Entries must be on or between these dates to be valid. Winners will be notified within a week once entries are no longer accepted, and they will be contacted through the email address they provide in their entry. Winners are selected at random. If a winner does not respond within two weeks to claim the prize, a new winner will be selected at random.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. They are for personal use only and may not be sold. Personal data will be protected in accordance with the Leading Edge Health Inc. Privacy Policy which can be found here. Some important provisions include: your browsing habits are not tracked, you can opt-out of follow-up commercial solicitations, personal information you provide is transmitted through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, and is stored using industry best-practices data protection procedures. Leading Edge Health Inc. reserves the right to disqualify a participant for violating the Terms. It also reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time. All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is always prudent to seek the advice of a physician or other competent medical practitioner before using dietary supplements. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless and indemnify Leading Edge Health Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, damages, or liability associated with the giveaway or the prizes. All disputes shall be settled in binding arbitration, on a non-classwide basis, at an American Arbitration Association office located in New York, NY. If any provision of the Terms is held by a legal authority of pertinent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.
